Newhall Mill

Newhall Mill

View from the Mill Pond at New Hall Mill - a Grade II listed, restored & fully functioning 18th Century brick built Water Mill in New Hall Country Park in Sutton Coldfield.
A lease dated 20th September 1709 shows that the mill was once owned by George Sacheverell. Much later, in 1970, Sir Alfred Owen decided to restore the mill to full working order, and flour is still milled today on public open days.
