Situated on the end of the Llŷn Peninsula below the village of Rhiw, Porth Ysgo, with its boulder fields on either side of the beach, is a great draw for the climbing community, and is said to be one of the best bouldering destinations in Wales.
The tranquil setting, as we discovered, is an enchanting little beach, pehaps more alluring due to the difficulty in reaching it, but had us dreaming of returning there the second we left!
